§ 18.60.080. PLANNING DIRECTOR REVIEWS.

This section applies when the provisions of this title designate the Planning Director as the approval authority for a land use decision.
.010 Referral to the Planning Commission. The Planning Director may refer any application to the Planning Commission, when it is determined that the general public interest warrants such referral. In such instances, the proceedings by the Planning Commission shall be held in the manner required by this chapter.
.020 Concurrent Decision-Making. When any application is made in conjunction with, and as a part of, a project that requires Planning Commission action, the application shall be made to the Planning Commission, to be processed in accordance with this chapter.
