§ 11.04.060. PERSONS TO WHOM CHAPTER NOT APPLICABLE.

This chapter shall not apply to any duly authorized employee, agent or officer of the City of Anaheim, or officer of the United States or State of California or of any agency, department, bureau or subdivision thereof, or of any authorized employee of any corporation furnishing electricity, gas, telephone service or water to said City, when such employee is in the course of duty.
