§ 12.02.030. ENCROACHMENT PERMITS - LEGISLATIVE ACT.

The grant of an encroachment permit shall be a legislative act undertaken in the sole discretion of the City. No notice or hearing shall be required to consider an application for encroachment permit. (Ord. 5548 § 1 (part); December 19, 1995.)
