§ 12.12.130. WAIVER OF FEES AND DEPOSITS.

Notwithstanding any provision of this Code, the Director of Public Works may, at his or her sole discretion, waive any fee or deposit otherwise required by this Chapter relating to a permit for the repair or reconstruction of any public sidewalk provided that all such work is (1) performed in accordance with all applicable provisions of this Chapter and (2) performed solely at the cost of the party undertaking such work.
