§ 13.08.010. APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER - "PUBLIC PARKS" DEFINED.

The rules and regulations hereinafter prescribed shall govern the public parks of the City of Anaheim. "Public parks" for the purpose of this chapter shall include all dedicated parks and all planted parkways, triangles and traffic circles maintained by the City of Anaheim, except the parkway strips between curb and sidewalk along the several streets and highways of said City.
