§ 17.06.140. FINAL INSPECTION.

Development Services Department shall perform an inspection at the end of the initial one-year bond period and shall determine whether the coverage is sufficient in quality and quantity to warrant the acceptance of the landscaping and irrigation system for release of the bond at that time.
