§ 17.28.120. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PLANNING DIRECTOR.

Duties of the Planning Director, or his designee, shall include, but not be limited to:
.010 Permit review.
.011 Review permits to determine that the permit requirements of this chapter have been satisfied.
.012 Review permits to determine that the site is reasonably safe from flooding.
.020 Information to be Obtained and Maintained. Obtain and maintain for public inspection and make available as needed for Flood Insurance Policies:
.021 The certified elevation required in Section 17.28.130.030.031.
.022 The certification required in Section 17.28.130.030.032.
.023 The floodproofing certification required in Section 17.28.130.030.033.
