§ 17.32.050. AGENCY PAYMENT OF FEES.

If the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency finds that the development in question will provide substantial benefits to the welfare of the citizens of the City, the agency may (1) make a payment of the Traffic Fee in lieu of the owner or developer paying the fee; or (2) construct or cause to be constructed a Master Plan of Highways Public Facility in lieu of the owner or developer paying the fee or constructing the facility.
