§ 1.13.030. CONTROL AND RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Chief shall have complete authority and control over the Corps. The Chief may establish by order, rules, and regulations governing the Corps and its members providing for the maintenance of discipline and assigning members to perform police duties.
