§ 4.90.020. ESCORT BUREAU AND INTRODUCTORY SERVICE - PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct, manage, engage in, or carry on, any Escort Bureau or Introductory Service unless there has been granted to such a person a valid permit therefor, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. The permit required hereby shall be in addition to any business license required by ordinance. (Ord. 3926 § 1 (part); October 17, 1978.)
