§ 4.90.080. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.

It shall be the responsibility of the permittee to furnish the City a statement by a licensed medical doctor in the State of California that each person performing escort services on behalf of the permittee within three days of employment or within three days of the performance of any escort services is free of any communicable diseases.
