§ 6.98.020. EXEMPTION.

The City of Anaheim has adopted a tree-preservation ordinance which is in conflict with the intent of Chapter 12 of Division 15 of the Public Resources Code. Therefore, the City Council does hereby exempt the City of Anaheim from the provisions of Chapter 12 of Division 15 of the Public Resources Code.
