§ 8.04.010. UNATTENDED ANIMALS IN PUBLIC PLACES TO BE SECURELY TIED - MANNER OF RIDING ANIMALS IN PUBLIC - RIDING OR DRIVING ON SIDEWALK PROHIBITED.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to leave in any public street, highway or commons in the City of Anaheim any horse, mare, mule, jack, jenny or team of such animals without being securely tied or held so as to prevent their stampeding or running away, nor shall any such animals be ridden or driven along any public street or highway in the City of Anaheim, in a reckless manner or at an immoderate rate of speed, nor shall any such animal be ridden or driven upon any sidewalk within the City of Anaheim.
